Yes! I have insurance through Pet Sitters Associates (PSA).

All services must be requested in advance.
Reservations are best made via email or the service request form on our website.
Please note: Services are not reserved until confirmed by Mia’s Pampered Pets, and reserved services are not confirmed until payment is received.

We will do our best to accommodate short notice requests, however, all late bookings are subject to the following surcharges.
Recurring Services: Any visit requested with less than 2 business days’ notice will incur a $10.00 surcharge. Same-day visits will incur a $25.00 surcharge.
Vacation Services: Any visits requested with less than 4 business days’ notice will incur a $10/visit surcharge. Any visits requested for the same day will incur a $25/visit surcharge.
Overnight Services: Any requests made with less than 6 business days’ notice will incur a $30.00/night surcharge.
Please note: visit requests made after the close of business hours will be considered received as of the next business day.

We require advance notice of any cancellations so that we are able to adjust sitter’s schedules for other clients accordingly. Cancelled services are subject to the following cancellation fees:
Monthly Midday Walk Services:
By the end of the business day prior to the date of service: no charge (full refund or credit).
By 9:00am on the day of service: 50% charged (50% refund or credit).
After 9:00am on the day of service: no refund or credit.
All Other Services (Non-Holiday):
More than 5 business days prior to the start of service: no charge (full refund or credit).
Between 2-4 business days prior to the start of service: 50% of total service charged (50% refund or credit).
Less than 2 business days prior to the start of service: no refund or credit.
All Other Services (Holiday):
More than 10 business days prior to the start of service: no charge (full refund or credit).
Between 5-10 business days prior to the start of service: 50% of total service charged (50% refund or credit).
Less than 5 business days prior to the start of service: no refund or credit.

Please note: until you receive a new confirmation message, the change to your booking has not been processed.

Yes! Gratuities are not required but are greatly appreciated as I save for my wedding :)

I’ll clean up with the supplies you have on hand. If extensive cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee may be added to your invoice. Please keep in mind that I’m not a professional cleaner and not all accidents can be completely cleaned without professional equipment.

Additional pets will add 50% to the regular price (ex: $15.00 for a 30 minute visit and $20.00 for 45).

Walks will be tracked in Strava, with the map being sent immediately afterward. For house sitting, check-in pictures will be sent throughout the day with a personalized “pawgress report” at the end of the booking.

If your dog’s walk is cut short by the weather, indoor playtime will be provided at no extra cost.
If the “feels like” is below 25 degrees, a $5.00 surcharge will be added to your invoice.

Of course! I have plenty of experiencing administering oral medication to both dogs and cats.
Food-based medicine (like a probiotic powder) is free of charge and I’m happy to administer oral medicine for a small $5.00 fee.

I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal and CashApp.

I prefer customers put their keys in a lockbox. If you don’t have one, you’re welcome to rent one from me for $5.00.
Otherwise we will set up a time for a key drop off.

In the event of an emergency, I will take your pet to the nearest animal hospital or to your own vet, if possible. I will also contact you, or your designated emergency contact if you’re not be available.

For any walks, a leash will be used at all times. However, if the client has a completely secured fenced-in yard, the dog will be allowed off-leash access to the yard (with supervision)
